A call for help

I admit (grudgingly) that I have absolutly no clue about blog-layouts or html codes, so I'm positivley struggeling right now. I have always admired beautiful looking blogs and I have always wanted a blog like that, but it is impossible! I have tried some layouts but there is always something wrong with them. Can someone help me make a costume made layout? I would be forever grateful.
